Deskripsi pekerjaan Freelance Property Surveyor (Kalimantan & Sulawesi) Mamikos

Job Deskripsi

- Melaksanakan kegiatan survei awal (DTL) sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditetapkan

- Memastikan kondisi fasilitas umum dan kamar pada properti (Singgahsini & Apik) telah sesuai dengan standar perusahaan

- Menyusun laporan hasil survei secara sistematis menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Spreadsheet

- Melakukan verifikasi terhadap tindak lanjut perbaikan dari hasil survei sebelumnya

- Melakukan penataan (retouch) properti sesuai dengan standar pengambilan foto

- Bertanggung jawab atas proses pengambilan foto properti Apik

- Memberikan dukungan dalam proses pengambilan foto properti Singgahsini, baik sebagai asisten fotografer maupun pelaksana utama apabila diperlukan

Kualifikasi

- Mahasiswa aktif S1 (diutamakan jurusan Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur)

- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi serta SIM C/A yang masih berlaku

- Memahami salah satu dari area: Hulu Sungai Selatan, Hulu Sungai Tengah, Tabalong, Banjarmasin, Palangkaraya, Samarinda, Tarakan, dan Palu

- Memiliki dan mampu mengoperasikan smartphone (Android/iOS) dengan baik

- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan Google Spreadsheet

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan profesional
