About the Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Pet Relocation Coordinator to assist with pet transportation projects on an as-needed basis.
This is not a full-time position. You will be engaged per project whenever we have domestic or international pet relocation cases requiring additional support.
The role involves coordinating documentation, customer communication, and logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free relocation experience for pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pet transportation and relocation projects
- Communicate with pet owner regarding travel requirements and timelines
- Assist with import/export documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, veterinarians, government authorities, and logistics partners
- Track relocation progress and provide updates to customers
- Handle administrative tasks related to pet relocation cases
- Resolve operational issues that may arise during the relocation process
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Able to work independently and remotely
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, relocation, travel services, operations, customer service, or administration
- Experience dealing with international clients
- Knowledge of pet transportation procedures is a plus
- Additional languages are an advantage
