Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Available to work on a freelance or project-based arrangement for the required period.
- Willing to work on-site at our office in Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan.
Responsibilities:
- Create simple internal communication materials, announcements, and employee-related content using Canva.
- Prepare Personalia reports, or another administrative reports as required.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and company information.
