About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Freelance Performance Marketing to support Edukita's growth efforts through paid marketing channels. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and business objectives. While working hours are flexible, we expect regular availability on weekdays for communication, collaboration, and campaign monitoring.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations based on key performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaign settings.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting key insights, learnings, and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaign strategy with business objectives.
- Partner with creative and content teams by providing data-driven feedback on marketing assets.
- Support budget allocation and campaign planning to maximize marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads. Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and campaign dashboards.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable testing new ideas and approaches.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
- Interest in education and mission-driven work.
Working Arrangement
- Freelance / Contract role
- Reports directly to the Head of Marketing
- Flexible working hours
- Must be available for communication and collaboration during weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Expected commitment: approximately 15–20 hours per week (around 3 hours per day on average)
- Fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings if needed
