Hi everyone! We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketing/Ads Specialist to join our team. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools. They should be adept at creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions while analyzing data to identify trends and inform strategies. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing effective ad strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more, ensuring that our marketing efforts deliver maximum ROI. Additionally, they will collaborate with other teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategies.
- Create and A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and design, to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to leverage new opportunities.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using advertising tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles is a plus.
