Position Summary
As a Freelance Payroll, you will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process within the company, ensuring that all payments are made on time and in compliance with applicable regulations. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
- Calculate and process employee monthly salaries (including basic salary, allowances, overtime, and relevant deductions).
- Prepare and distribute payslips to employees on time.
Tax and Deductions:
- Manage and calculate employee income tax deductions in accordance with current regulations.
- Prepare tax reports and ensure timely submission.
Payroll Reports:
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports.
- Analyze payroll expenses to ensure adherence to the company’s budget.
Payroll Administration:
- Maintain and update employee payroll data accurately (including status changes, salaries, allowances, and deductions).
- Prepare payroll-related reports for audit and financial reporting purposes.
Compliance and Company Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and salary information.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll or financial administration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with payroll software and financial administration tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Freelance position with flexible working hours (to be arranged).
- Communication will be conducted remotely with the HR, Payroll Team and COO
