Target Students: Young Learners (Ages 2–6)
Goal: Deliver fun, play-based Mandarin sessions focused on basic listening, speaking, and cultural discovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Interactive Lessons: Conduct engaging sessions using songs, storytelling, props, and movement.
- Build Conversational Skills: Focus on everyday vocabulary, greetings, and correct pronunciation.
- Cultural Activities: Introduce age-appropriate Chinese cultural traditions and crafts.
- Classroom Engagement: Maintain a safe, warm, and high-energy learning environment.
- Preparation: Organize teaching materials and flashcards prior to each class.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluency: Native or near-native Mandarin fluency (correct Pinyin); HSK 5/6 preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year teaching Mandarin to young children / early childhood learners.
- Education: Degree in Chinese Language, Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
- Skills: High energy, patience, strong storytelling ability, and punctuality.
