Deskripsi pekerjaan Freelance Legal Pt Solusi Teknologi Niaga
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on various matters related to business operations, contracts, regulatory compliance and partnerships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with partners, vendors, and clients.
- Review and give legal opinion of draft contracts and agreements between company and external party to ensure the contracts and agreements are made in accordance with legal principles.
- Provide legal input for new business strategies, partnerships, and projects.
- Respond promptly and effectively to legal requests.
- Assist in maintaining and updating corporate legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, especially in the areas of fintech, MSME empowerment, and digital platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in startups, technology companies, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide sound legal advice under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
