About the Role
Hello Sehat is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and communicative KOL Specialist for a 3-month freelance contract to cover a maternity leave.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our network of healthcare professionals—including General Practitioners (GPs), Specialist Doctors, Medical Experts, Nutritionists, and Health Advocates. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, managing medical reviewer workflows, coordinating co-branded health campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with our medical partners to ensure accurate, credible, and engaging health content.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Reviewer & Expert Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing networks of GPs, specialist doctors, and medical experts.
- Source, recruit, and onboard new doctors and specialists across various medical fields as needed for content review, video appearances, or campaign partnerships.
- Manage day-to-day administrative workflows for medical reviewers (contracting, brief alignment, document routing, review tracking, and honorarium/invoicing coordination).
2. Campaign & Content Coordination
- Collaborate with internal Content, Social Media, and Commercial/Brand Solution teams to match the right medical experts to specific health campaigns, articles, and educational video projects.
- Facilitate doctor bookings for live sessions, webinars, video shoots, podcasts, and sponsored content.
- Brief doctors and medical experts on brand guidelines, content tone, and legal/ethical compliance guidelines before public appearances or content creation.
3. Relationship & Community Maintenance
- Serve as the main bridge between Hello Sehat and medical KOLs, ensuring smooth communication and a positive partnership experience.
- Monitor reviewer turnaround times to ensure article reviews and content approvals are completed within project deadlines.
- Ensure all medical engagements adhere to local medical ethics regulations (IDI/KOK/health regulations) and Hello Sehat’s internal editorial policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in KOL Management, Talent Relations, Agency PR, or Community Management—specifically handling healthcare professionals, doctors, or wellness experts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Network: Pre-existing connections with doctors (GPs or Specialists) and health/wellness advocates in Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills (able to track multiple medical review deadlines concurrently).
- Familiarity with medical/ethical guidelines for healthcare communications in Indonesia.
- Availability: Able to start immediately/near-term and commit to the full 3-month contract period.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Turnaround Time: Timely completion of medical reviews and expert approvals according to project schedules.
- Expert Onboarding & Match Rate: Successfully filling expert/doctor requirements for active brand campaigns and content needs.
- Partner Satisfaction: Maintaining positive ongoing relationships with Hello Sehat’s medical network during the transition period.
