Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We’re currently looking for a Freelance KOL Specialist who’s passionate about beauty, highly communicative, and experienced in managing creator collaborations to help grow our brand presence across social media. 💖
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for identifying, approaching, and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and content creators who align with Judydoll’s playful and expressive brand identity. This role involves coordinating end-to-end collaborations — from outreach and briefing to performance tracking and relationship management. You’ll work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to execute impactful KOL campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. ✨
🎯 Your day-to-day includes:
- Identify and shortlist potential KOLs and content creators that align with the brand identity and campaign objectives
- Conduct evaluations of KOL profiles and content to ensure brand fit and audience relevance
- Manage outreach and maintain professional communication with KOL throughout the collaboration process
- Prepare and deliver detailed content briefs to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand direction
- Coordinate collaboration timelines, deliverables, and agreement details with KOL
- Monitor and evaluate KOL content performance, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with KOL for future collaboration opportunities
💄 You’re the one if you:
- Passionate about the beauty industry and social media trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experienced in handling KOL or influencer collaborations is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and creator/influencer ecosystems
- Creative, proactive, and able to identify relevant trends and creator opportunities
- Comfortable working in a Hybrid working arrangement (WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
