Job Description :

• Assist and accompany Japanese guests and exhibitors during exhibitions.
• Provide Japanese–English–Bahasa Indonesia interpretation during meetings, discussions, and event activities.
• Support Japanese guests with registration, venue navigation, schedules, and general event needs.
• Facilitate communication between Japanese guests and the event team.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide professional assistance throughout the exhibition.
• Support other translation and guest-handling tasks as required.

Job Requirements :

• JLPT N2 or N3 certification is required.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both spoken and written.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in translation, guest handling, exhibitions, or events is preferred.
• Available to work on-site from 2–4 October at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta.
• Willing to work according to exhibition hours and event requirements.
