About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visually compelling content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and offline channels.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands visual storytelling, is comfortable with photography using either a camera or smartphone, and is capable of producing high-quality marketing assets from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, marketplaces, and other brand communication channels.
Create marketing materials including promotional banners, advertisements, brochures, menus, event materials, and sales collateral.
Support content production through product and lifestyle photography using a camera or smartphone.
Perform photo retouching, color correction, and image enhancement to ensure high-quality visual output.
Develop digital imaging and photo manipulation assets for campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective visual concepts.
Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Prepare creative materials for both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with design trends, social media content formats, and industry best practices.
Organize and maintain creative asset libraries for efficient team collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or related roles.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital imaging, and marketing campaign work.
Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in photo retouching and image editing.
Able to conduct photography using either professional cameras or smartphones.
Understanding of content creation for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the F&B, hospitality, catering, or lifestyle industry.
Basic videography and short-form content production skills.
