About the Role

As a Freelance Graphic Designer, you'll create both marketing assets and student-facing learning materials that make learning more engaging and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling visual assets for books and other learning materials
- Translate brand strategy and creative direction into high-quality visual outputs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time.
- Develop creative concepts and present design ideas clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high production standards.
- Partner closely with the Content Manager to ensure timely and brand-aligned content publishing.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our social media operations and workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Video editing skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong quality standards.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Passion for education, creativity, and making meaningful impact
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days WFH, 2 days WFO) and able to collaborate effectively across both remote and in-office environments
