About us
Kyndred Paws is a Singapore-based pet essentials brand making freeze-dried treats and functional nutrition for dogs and cats. Our promise: only natural, nothing artificial, nothing unnecessary. We sell on Shopee, TikTok Shop and our own website, so the work is built for marketplaces and feeds.
The role
We need a designer with a good eye for brand consistency who can turn briefs and product photos into ads and social content quickly, using AI tools to work faster without losing quality. You will report directly to me (the founder) and work daily with our Brand & Marketing Associate.
What you will do
- Design paid ad creatives (static and simple motion) for Meta, TikTok and Shopee Ads
- Design social posts, carousels, stories and covers for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Create marketplace visuals: product listing images, banners, promo and campaign graphics
- Keep every asset on-brand (colours, typography, photography style, tone) and flag anything that drifts
- Adapt one concept into multiple formats and sizes
- Use AI tools in your workflow to speed up concepts, variations, resizing, retouching and video, and keep the final output polished and believable
- Deliver editable source files in our shared Canva or Figma workspace
What we are looking for
- Portfolio with ad and social content for consumer brands, ideally pet, food, lifestyle or e-commerce
- Strong visual taste: layout, hierarchy, colour, typography, product presentation
- Fluent in Canva and/or Figma, plus Photoshop or Illustrator
- Well versed in AI tools for design and content (for example image generation and editing, AI video, AI-assisted copy and resizing). Tell us which tools you use and how they change your workflow
- Able to work from a brief with minimal hand-holding and explain your design choices
- Good written English. Bahasa Indonesia is fine for day-to-day communication
- Reliable with deadlines and responsive over chat
Nice to have
Experience with Shopee or TikTok Shop creatives
Understanding of what makes an ad convert, not just look good
Interest in pets, animals or natural products
Working arrangement
- Contract/freelance, fully remote
- Compensation: IDR 7,000,000 to 10,000,000 per month, depending on experience
- Expected workload: 30 hours per week /20 assets per month]
- Initial trial period of 1 to 3 months with a performance review, then extension based on fit
- Weekly check-in with me, day-to-day coordination with the Brand & Marketing Associate
