About the role
We are a growing gadget accessories company seeking a hands-on Finance & Tax to manage daily finance operations, basic tax compliance, and marketplace reconciliation in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily income, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Handle basic tax administration (e-Faktur, withholding tax, and monthly tax filing support).
- Coordinate import documents with suppliers & forwarders
- Reconcile sales and settlement reports from marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Process refunds, returns, and after-sales related financial entries.
- Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Understands Indonesian tax basics and e-commerce reconciliation.
- Experience with import documentation is a plus.
- Can write/speak basic english (Conversationally)
