Job Description:
- Handle daily financial and administrative transactions.
- Prepare invoices, payment requests, and expense reports.
- Maintain and update financial records accurately.
- Assist with payment monitoring and document filing.
- Support basic financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding finance matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SMK/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
- Previous finance/admin experience is a plus.
