Freelance Entrepreneurship Trainer [English Speaker]

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEAM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET).

Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

The Entrepreneurship Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging and interactive entrepreneurship and business learning experiences for students. This role supports lesson preparation, guides students through practical business activities and projects, evaluates student progress, documents learning activities, and contributes to program initiatives to ensure a meaningful and impactful learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver entrepreneurship and business lessons in a fun and engaging way for primary to high school students.
• Prepare lesson materials, teaching resources, and classroom needs in advance.
• Conduct practical business activities and entrepreneurship projects aligned with learning objectives.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment while managing classroom activities effectively.
• Monitor, assess, and document students’ learning progress through periodic reports and photo documentation.
• Achieve a minimum of 90% student satisfaction based on student feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship, business, teaching, or related fields.
• Strong interest in inspiring students through entrepreneurship and business programs.
• Experience in managing business-related projects, programs, or activities.
• Patient, approachable, and passionate about teaching children and young adults.
• Possess a growth mindset, adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism.
