Whether you're helping a primary student fall in love with math or training a high schooler to take on global Olympiads, your role is central to our mission: creating Indonesia’s next generation of thinkers, leaders, and innovators.

💼 What You’ll Do

Deliver Engaging Lessons; teach students based on Star Generation’s high-touch pedagogy. Adapt to various academic levels, with a focus on international curriculum standards (IGCSE, IB, Cambridge, etc.) and international competitions especially on several Math and Science Olympiads, such as OSN, WMI, SASMO, SEAMO, VANDA, and JISMO.

Personalize the Learning Experience; tailor lessons to student needs, interests, and motivations. Use our proprietary systems and tools to ensure student growth is tracked and celebrated.

Collaborate with a Visionary Team; Participate in internal innovation sessions, peer coaching, and feedback forums to grow yourself and others. We encourage you to share ideas, test educational projects, and lead your own initiatives.

Model Professionalism; communicate effectively with students and parents, document progress, and contribute to an overall world-class customer service culture that defines Star Generation.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Prior tutoring, classroom, or teaching experience—formal or informal. Academic degrees are not a must but are indeed preferred.
• Fluent in English, especially for teaching purposes.
• Deep mastery in at least one subject area (Math, Science, English, Bahasa, etc.).
• Passion for international education standards (IGCSE, IB, Cambridge). Credentials or experience in these programs are highly rewarded.
• Experience in training or winning Math or Science competitions (OSN, WMI, SASMO, SEAMO, VANDA, JISMO, etc.) is a huge plus.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset—willing to receive feedback, explore new methods, and contribute beyond the classroom.
