As a Customer Operations, you will monitor and manage daily transactions and orders for our home cleaning services. You will work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) Team to resolve any issues related to orders, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- This position will require a shifting arrangement, working six days a week.
- Employee can choose their one-day time off between Tuesday-Thursday every week.
- Compensation will be calculated per day. A special rate applies on national holidays.
Job Description:
- Monitor daily transactions/orders to ensure they are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Track the progress of each order from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with the related team to address and resolve any issues or complaints related to orders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the internal team regarding order statuses and issues.
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure timely service delivery and resolve any logistical challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, orders, and communications.
- Assist the CX team to ensure smooth and efficient user journey.
Requirements:
- Completed a degree in any major.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Basic English skills are required.
