Responsibilities:
- Brief Analysis & Strategy: Analyze and translate creative briefs from clients, Account, Creative, and Social Media teams into actionable production requirements.
- Production Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, production workflows, asset checklists, storyboards, and shot lists to ensure seamless execution.
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize visual approaches and provide expert direction on the most effective motion and video formats for each project.
- Execution & Supervision: Execute and/or oversee the end-to-end production process, encompassing motion graphics, video editing, compositing, and final rendering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, Editors, Creative and Account teams, external vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Feedback Management: Manage the revision process efficiently, ensuring all internal and client feedback is accurately and promptly implemented.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) across all deliverables to ensure complete accuracy in visuals, copy, logos, product details, technical specifications, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Timely Delivery: Guarantee that all final outputs are completed on schedule, within scope, and ready for client handover.
- Content Adaptation: Oversee the adaptation and optimization of content across multiple digital platforms, aspect ratios, and file formats.
- Asset Management: Maintain highly organized documentation and archives of all production assets, project files, file versioning, and final deliverables.
