Requirements :
- Age 40+ (for mature look purposes)
- Male or Female (non hijab for brand representation purposes)
- Proven experience as a content creator (portofolio required)
- Strong skills in content creation across various platforms especially Instagram & TikTok
- Ability to generate fresh ideas and creative concepts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with current social media trends and algorithm updates
- Creative and productive in problem-solving and overcoming challenges
Preferred Qualifications :
- Can do home work out / home exercise
- Experience working with agencies or handling client-based projects
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Instagram insights)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative concepts, stories and content ideas based on client briefs
- Stay updated on current trends and implement them in content creation
- Collaborate with internal production teams to ensure cohesive and brand-aligned content
- Manage multiple content project simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Analyze content performance and optimize for better engagement
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars for clients accounts
