Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership & Expansions
Expand and secure capacity needs to support business growth.
Explore new markets and identify strategic opportunities.
Negotiate and secure both long-term and event-based partnerships.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and long-term engagement.
3. Team Mentoring & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development strategies.
Mentor and support Persons in Charge (PICs) in executing business development initiatives.
4. Brand Building & Marketing
Represent the company at external events, meetings, and conferences.
Enhance brand visibility and awareness in the external environment.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Provide regular reports on business development activities.
Analyse data and trends to optimize strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience in business development or related roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong understanding of swimming lesson trends.
Comfortable working remotely and meeting targets without daily supervision.
Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Google Meeting, and database-platform.
Preferably possess your own vehicle for commuting if needed.
