Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to affiliate creators aligned with brand's target audience and brand positioning, sourcing through TikTok & Shopee, other social platforms and creator communities
- Continuously grow and maintain a pipeline of quality local affiliate creators
- Manage the full cooperation lifecycle: outreach, product selection, sample delivery, content publishing, and post-campaign follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication with creators to understand their needs and improve engagement and retention
- Run day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop & Shopee Affiliate program , including creator matching, sample management, commission communication, and campaign execution
- Recommend suitable products and selling points to creators based on their content style and audience profile
- Develop content briefs and creative guidelines (captions, hooks, visual references) to keep affiliate content aligned with brand direction
- Track key metrics across the funnel; outreach and response rate, sample delivery, content output, GMV, conversion, CTR, ROI, and CPS
- Review creator performance regularly to identify and prioritize high-potential partners
- Diagnose underperforming collaborations and refine sourcing, outreach, and partnership strategy accordingly
- Produce weekly performance reports with clear optimization recommendations
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator management, or partnership roles (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle category preferred)
- Solid understanding of the TikTok Shop Affiliate and Shopee Affiliate ecosystems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain creator relationships
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs (GMV, CTR, ROI, CPS) to guide decisions
- Proactive, target-oriented, and effective in a fast-moving environment
