Joy Group, a multinational beauty company HQ’d in Shanghai, is making waves in Indonesia with the launch of Judydoll — our first playful and expressive beauty brand. We’re currently looking for a Freelance Affiliate Specialist who’s passionate about beauty, highly organized, and understands how to build strong relationships with creators and affiliates to drive impactful campaigns. 💖
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in supporting and managing our affiliate activities — from creator outreach and coordination to campaign tracking and performance monitoring. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, fast-paced coordination, and keeping up with social media and beauty trends. You’ll work closely with the KOL, social media, and creative teams to help expand Judydoll’s affiliate ecosystem and boost brand visibility across platforms. ✨
🎯 Your day-to-day includes:
- Manage and maintain relationships with affiliates and content creators
- Support affiliate recruitment, outreach, and onboarding processes
- Coordinate campaign briefs, content timelines, and deliverables with creators
- Track affiliate performance and ensure content is posted according to schedule
- Monitor social media trends and identify potential affiliate opportunities

- Passionate about the beauty industry and social media trends
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple creators and timelines simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and proactive in following up on tasks and deliverables
- Familiar with TikTok, Marketplace, and Social Media affiliate/content creator ecosystems
- Able to work in a Hybrid working arrangement (WFO from Setiabudi, South Jakarta)
