Freelance Affiliate Community Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Identify potential affiliates/creators through TikTok and other social media platforms
2. Reach out and build communication with potential affiliates via TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, or other channels
3. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new affiliates into the community/program
4. Maintain relationships and engage with affiliate communities regularly
5. Monitor affiliate activities and support daily communication needs
6. Collect and update affiliate database and campaign tracking reports
7. Stay updated with TikTok trends, creator trends, and social media developments

Requirements:

1. Active social media user, especially on TikTok and Instagram
2. Familiar with TikTok creators, trends, and affiliate ecosystem
3. Comfortable reaching out and communicating with new people
4. Good at communication and interpersonal skills
5. Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
6. Detail-oriented and organized in managing data
7. Able to use Google Sheets/Excel for basic reporting
8. Previous experience in community, social media, affiliate, or organization activities is a plus
