Job Description
Prestige Products Indo is looking for a dynamic Fragrance Consultant for our premium department store counters, including Sogo, Seibu, and Galeries Lafayette, Metro and Central. In this role, you will be the face of our luxury brands, providing high-end, personalized customer service, sharing fragrance expertise, and driving retail sales to create a luxurious shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome counter visitors warmly and engage with consumers to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring an unforgettable high-end shopping experience.
- Consultation & Scent Matching: Guide customers through their fragrance journey by offering expert product recommendations and helping them discover the perfect scent for any occasion.
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Demonstrate a deep understanding of various luxury fragrances, their notes, and applications to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Sales & Transactions: Meet retail targets by actively promoting products, operating cash registers, and managing payment processing accurately.
- Counter & Visual Maintenance: Keep the fragrance counter, testers, and overall workspace clean, orderly, and beautifully arranged according to brand standards.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with day-to-day stock control, inventory tracking, and reporting product shortages to ensure standard stock levels.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current and knowledgeable on the latest developments, product launches, and emerging trends within the cosmetics and fragrance industry.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly follow all company policies, operational procedures, and standard safety and security measures at the retail location.
- Professional Communication: Professional proficiency in English is required; candidates must be able to smoothly read, write, speak, and understand English to serve our diverse clientele.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school/College diploma or equivalent is required. With Sales retail experience and professional looking.
Benefits: Basic Salary 5-6juta + guaranteed commission, achieved quota up to 5% commission.
