Deskripsi pekerjaan Fragrance Analyst PT. TECHNICOFLOR INDONESIA
Key Responsibilities :
1. Perform GC-MS/GC-FID analysis on fragrances, essential oils, and aroma chemicals.
2. Interpret chromatograms and mass spectra to identify fragrance ingredients.
3. Support perfumers in fragrance matching, reformulation, and new product development.
4. Maintain and update analytical databases, libraries, and reference standards.
5. Prepare laboratory samples, analytical reports, and technical documentation.
6. Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance of analytical instruments.
7. Troubleshoot analytical issues and optimize testing methods.
8. Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
9. Collaborate with the R&D team, perfumers, and cross-functional departments.
10. Apply knowledge of essential oils and fragrance raw materials in analytical activities.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience operating GC-MS/GC-FID instruments.
3. Understanding of chromatography and mass spectrometry principles.
4. Knowledge of essential oils and fragrance materials is an advantage.
5. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
7. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
8. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
