About the Role
Are you a highly organized student or fresh graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations and digital growth? We are looking for a driven Founder's Office Intern to join ILAgroup. In this execution-focused role, you will work closely with and report directly to the Founder. You will support day-to-day operations, providing essential coordination and helping drive organic digital activities across ILAgroup and our selected client businesses. If you love turning ideas into actionable tasks and want a front-row seat to how a business scales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You Will Do
1. Indian Businesses / Client Support
Assist with organic digital activities for our Indian client portfolio, including:
o Updating websites, maintaining basic SEO hygiene, and tracking analytics.
o Coordinating organic social media and scheduling content.
o Tracking inquiries and leads via the website, WhatsApp, and social channels.
(Note: This role focuses on organic growth and does not include paid advertising, influencer management, logistics, or domain-specific advisory.)
2. Founder's Office Support
o Act as execution and coordination support for the Founder.
o Help convert the Founder's inputs into clear action items and task trackers.
o Help maintain project timelines, conduct follow-ups, and prepare weekly execution summaries.
o Assist in preparing pitch decks, documents, and internal presentation materials.
3. ILAgroup Business Streams
o Support the execution and coordination of group business streams.
o Help track active leads, client conversations, and next steps.
o Maintain basic trackers for daily activities and operational costs.
(Note: As an intern, you will focus on coordination; this role does not involve pricing decisions, final negotiations, client closures, or financial authority.)
4. Partnerships & Product Collaborations
o Help coordinate day-to-day communication with external partners.
o Track ongoing partnership discussions and key deliverables.
o Prepare basic documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
What We Are Looking For
• Students/Fresh Graduates Welcome: No prior experience required, but a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn are mandatory.
• English Proficiency (Mandatory): You must be highly comfortable reading and writing, and able to communicate in English as far as you can.
• Highly Organized & Tech-Savvy: You are great at using trackers, coordinating tasks, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing/SEO.
• Proactive Communicator: Since this is a WFH role, you need to be highly disciplined, responsive, and capable of keeping the team updated on your progress.
