Alexa Suites & Lounge is a premier, high-energy Club and KTV venue located in the vibrant hub of PIK 2, Jakarta. We deliver an unparalleled nightlife experience featuring top-tier live entertainment, dynamic music, and a premium lounge atmosphere. We are looking for a creative, sharp, and highly motivated Photographer & Videographer to capture the energy, lifestyle, and premium aesthetic of our venue and bring it to life across our digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Content Creation: Capture high-quality, energetic, and visually stunning photographs and videos during operational hours, special events, and guest performances.
Nightlife Storytelling: Highlight the crowd energy, premium KTV rooms, lounge vibes, signature food & beverages, and live DJ/entertainment acts.
Post-Production: Edit photos and videos efficiently (color grading, audio syncing, and cutting) to produce trendy, fast-paced content suitable for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feeds) and TikTok.
Trend Utilization: Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, audio tracks, and transitions to ensure content remains relevant to Millennial and Gen Z audiences.
Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean digital library of all raw and edited footage for future marketing and promotional use.
Equipment Care: Safely handle, maintain, and manage the venue’s or personal professional camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment in a low-light environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in photography and videography, preferably specializing in nightlife, events, hospitality, or high-energy entertainment.
Technical Skills: Proficient in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and low-light lighting setups.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, or CapCut.
Creative Eye: Strong understanding of framing, composition, motion, and color grading tailored to a vibrant, neon-lit nightlife aesthetic.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as our peak hours align with nightlife operations.
Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous event, crowd, or nightlife content is mandatory for application.
