About The Company:
The working venue is in North Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Forwarding Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle export and import processes including documentation and procedures
- Prepare and provide quotations for customers and potential customers
- Manage customs clearance operations for both import and export shipments
- Handle customer relationships including maintaining existing accounts and addressing customer needs
- Responsible for daily operational activities in freight forwarding
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree preferably from logistics major
- Business level English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as forwarding function in the freight forwarding industry
- Having PPJK certification is highly preferred
- Good understanding of import and export customs clearance procedures
- Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, and professionalism, proven ability to lead and coordinate a team
- Able to join immediately
