Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Pharmacy/Pharmacist or Chemistry
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of R&D or Formulation, especially cosmetics, Skincare and Personal Care
- Specialized the process of developing cosmetic products (Skincare, Bodycare, Decorative) and use of laboratory instruments, testing and sample making process
- Knowledge about cosmetic trends, raw material analysis of formulation needs, and testing laboratory or production process
- Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, GDP, SJH, SMK3, CPKB and BPOM, GLP
- Have a good taste sensor about cosmetic products
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Have integrity, able to work together as a team, work load management, good interpersonal skills, and communication skills
