Deskripsi pekerjaan Formulation Development Supervisor PT Ethica Industri Farmasi

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with an Apothecary License

- Minimum 3 years of experience in formulation development (pharmaceutical industry)

- Strong laboratory skills and familiarity with formulation equipment

- Agile, innovative, and able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimize formulations for new or existing pharmaceutical products (injections, tablets, syrups, etc.)

- Lead formulation planning and ensure smooth technology transfer

- Prepare development documentation in line with regulatory standards

- Support additional R&D tasks as assigned
