QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
- Min 25-35 years old
- Min 2 years experience as a Foreman Grade Control
- Certified in POP BNSP
- Understand of Nickel production process (Loading, Hauling. Disposal)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Placement Jobsite Kabaena
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise and control daily mining production activities according to the production plan.
- Coordinate heavy equipment operators and field workers to achieve production targets.
- Ensure mining activities are carried out in accordance with work procedures, safety standards, and company regulations.
- Supervise excavation, loading, transporting, and stockpiling of materials.
