Deskripsi pekerjaan Foreman Production PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (WINGS Group)
Responsibilities:
- Support daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, and continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
- Monitor production processes, record data, and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Support team coordination and provide input for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Food Technology.
- Experience in food & beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Skilled in troubleshooting skills with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to guide others, and good decision-making skills
- Willing to work in a shift system. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
