Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or engineering supervision
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of machine systems, utilities, and production support
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise engineering team activities
* Ensure smooth operation of machines, utilities, and engineering projects
* Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and team development
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
