Qualifications:

Bachelor degree

Experience in Foreign Purchasing Staff least 2 years

Speak english fluently

Speak mandarin will be advantage

Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to negotiate terms and analyze data for optimal decision-making.

Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge: Understanding of global logistics, shipping, and customs procedures.

Market Expertise: Knowledge of global markets and foreign sourcing opportunities.

Communication Skills: Effective communication with both domestic and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Sourcing and Selection: Identify and evaluate foreign suppliers to find the best value, quality, and reliability.

Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international vendors.

Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts with foreign suppliers to ensure compliance and clarity.

Logistics and Customs: Coordinate international shipments, handle customs clearance, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased foreign goods meet the company's quality standards and requirements.
