Key responsibilities for the position of Waitress, Waiter, and Food Server at PT CUE AND BREW include:

- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting- Ensuring that tables are set up neatly and ready for service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

- Taking accurate orders from customers and efficiently communicating these to the kitchen staff.

- Preparing and serving food and beverages according to the established menu and tables and preparing them for new guests.

- Managing the flow of traffic in the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing wait times for customers.

We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Candidates must possess an education level equivalent to SMA/SMK. Experience within the range of 1 to 3 years is preferred, though we value the potential of enthusiastic beginners. Successful applicants should demonstrate proficiency in customer service, particularly in the context of Western restaurants, and have experience in managing restaurant reception duties.
