As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team in Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta. This role is crucial in helping us develop new products that meet the evolving tastes and needs of our customers, and we are excited to find someone who shares our vision of transforming the food landscape in Indonesia.
The Food Research and Development professional will be responsible for creating and refining new food and beverage products that align with UENA's mission and brand identity. This includes conducting research on consumer preferences, developing recipes, testing formulations, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards. The role also involves working closely with suppliers and packaging experts to design sustainable and appealing packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of innovative, market-ready products that enhance the customer experience and support the company's growth objectives.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Experience in Beverage R&D, Food Packaging, and Research and Development is highly preferred.
