Job Description
Ensure that BPOM and Halal registration documents comply with company regulations
Process product registration applications for BPOM and Halal certification across all factories
Manage all technical administrative requirements related to food regulatory affairs, including external laboratory alignment for product testing, payment for testing, BPOM SPB fees, Halal certification fees, entertainment submissions, and other administrative needs within the scope of Food Regulatory
Act as a coordinator for BPOM and Halal audit processes in collaboration with the field team
Serve as the liaison between external parties (BPOM, Halal certification bodies, Health Department, UPT Metrology) and internal stakeholders
Qualification :
Min. Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or other related field
Experience in Food Manufacture, F&B or other related industry is a plus
Proficient in operating the Cerol, Sihalal, ERBA BPOM, and OSS systems
Capable of handling BPOM and Halal registration processes.
Possesses strong communication skills and fast learner
Skilled in performing theoretical calculations in accordance with PerBPOM BTP regulations.
