Food Production Team
Job Summary
We are seeking a Food Production Team member who will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. You will handle the processing and packaging of products such as nuts, seeds, dried fruits, butter, etc in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all production processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and food safety regulations.
- Carry out daily production activities including sorting, weighing, mixing, roasting, and packaging of products.
- Ensure accurate measurement of ingredients and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area in accordance with established standards.
- Operate production equipment such as roasting machines, mixers, and sealing machines.
- Monitor product quality during production and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in handling and managing stock of raw materials and finished goods.
- Support the R&D team in developing and trialing new products.
- Report production problems or machine issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in supporting or assisting R&D processes in a food industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in shifts, with 2 days off per week (days off may not always fall on weekends).
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
