Join Our Team as Food Production Manager at Bali Buda!
Bali Buda is seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Production Manager to lead and enhance the operations of our Central Kitchen, Packaging Food Product, and Bakery in Bali!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process of the Central Kitchen, Packaging Food Product, and Bakery to ensure products meet Bali Buda's quality standards.
- Manage and direct the daily production team, including scheduling, supervising, and evaluating performance.
- Develop and implement efficient production SOPs in compliance with food safety standards (HACCP).
- Ensure the cleanliness of the production area aligns with hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor raw material usage to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency in production.
- Conduct training and skill development for production staff.
- Supervise the quality of finished products before distribution to outlets or customers.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food hygiene standards.
- Ability to motivate, direct, and lead a team towards achieving shared goals.
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with production management software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly, listening effectively, and engaging with various organizational levels.
- Skilled in problem analysis, finding creative solutions, and making quick and accurate decisions.
- Neat and clean appearance.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Extroverted, sociable, and able to foster positive work relationships.
