FOOD FACTORY LEAD
PT Omid Health Style is looking for a responsible, hands-on, and target-oriented Food Factory Lead to manage daily food production and factory operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory and production activities from preparation to finished products.
- Supervise production, packing, warehouse, and factory staff.
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and efficiency are achieved.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
- Ensure production processes follow SOP, hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Management.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower, machine utilization, and operational costs.
- Identify and resolve production or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and daily operational reports.
- Ensure factory cleanliness, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry.
- Experience supervising production or factory operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of food production, hygiene, and quality control.
- Able to manage manpower, inventory, and production schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and hands-on.
- Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Willing to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta.
