About the role

Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily Food & Beverage operations
Ensure excellent food and beverage service in accordance with SOPs
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation
Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and operational costs
Support the F&B Manager in achieving service standards and operational targets
About you
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international guests and team members
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent guest service skills with a positive and professional attitude
Team-oriented and passionate about hospitality
