Position Summary:
Food & Beverage Director is responsible for the entire operation of the food and beverage (F&B) department in a business. Main duties are to ensure the quality of F&B product services, continuous improvement research & development food & beverage, manage the team, monitor operational costs, and increase profitability and customer satisfaction. Food Beverage Director is to ensure the delivery of exceptional Food & Beverage products and services across restaurant, banquet, and pool bars in Rumah Atsiri dan Atsiri Jawa.
Job Qualifications:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Perhotelan, Manajemen Bisnis, Tata Boga, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman di posisi manajerial F&B hotel, resort, atau hospitality lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang operasional restoran, banquet, dan bar
- Memiliki keterampilan leadership, komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan budgeting yang kuat
- Mampu berinovasi dan mengikuti tren kuliner serta industri F&B
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tawangmangu, Karanganyar
