Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (preferred)
At least 3 years of work experience in management or supervisory roles
Experience in café, bar, and restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
Strong ability to lead and develop a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and cleanliness

Job Description:
- Establish business plans by analyzing market demand for cafe, bar, and multi-purpose venue operations
- Oversee daily operations not only for cafe & bar, but also overall building management and tenant activities
- Manage reservations and operational flow for venue spaces and facilities
- Control purchases and inventory
- Record and analyze cost, stock, and sales performance
- Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring and evaluating service quality
- Ensure all staff follows the SOPs
- Ensure all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Stay updated with emerging trends in F&B and lifestyle/venue management industries
