Deskripsi pekerjaan Flutter Developer PT Green City Traffic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
2. Build and release mobile apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
3. Integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data flows with robust auth token and refresh management.
4. Implement interactive maps (Google Maps SDK), location services, and native device capabilities via platform channels.
5. Apply clean/layered architecture, dependency injection, and proper state management in production code.
6. Write clean, tested code (Unit & Widget tests) and maintain strong Git discipline (branching strategy & PRs).
7. Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 2+ years of production experience in Flutter with published apps on Play Store & App Store.
2. Deep understanding of Dart & Flutter: Async/await, Future & Stream, basic isolates, widget lifecycle, and build optimization (const, keys, rebuild control).
3. Proficient in at least one State Management solution (BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider) and clear understanding of when to use it.
4. Solid knowledge of Clean / Layered Architecture, repository pattern, dependency injection (get_it / injectable), and modularization.
5. Hands-on experience with API integration: REST, JSON serialization (json_serializable / freezed), Dio / http, interceptors, and auth/refresh token flows.
6. Experience implementing Google Maps in Flutter (markers, polylines, camera control, and location permissions).
7. Experience handling Realtime connections (WebSocket / SSE / Firebase realtime) with auto-reconnect and state sync logic.
8. Native Bridge understanding: Platform channels, permission handling, and basic Gradle & Xcode configurations.
9. Experience writing Unit & Widget tests using mocking frameworks (mocktail / mockito).
10. Proficient with Git workflows, Firebase Console, and Crashlytics.
11. Fluent in English; Upper-Intermediate level is highly welcome to apply.
12. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
13. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
Highly Desirable (Big Plus):
1. Prior experience in Ride-Hailing, On-Demand, Logistics, Fleet Management, or Delivery applications.
2. Experience with Flutter Web for internal dashboards, Android Background Services (WorkManager/Foreground Services), or iOS Background Modes.
3. IoT Integration exposure: BLE, MQTT, or QR/NFC for swap cabinet systems.
4. Payment SDK integration (Midtrans, GoPay, e-wallets) and Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
5. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) used with technical discipline.
