Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide menu information and recommendations to guests.
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain table cleanliness and restaurant appearance.
• Follow the company's sequence of service and operational SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests and special requirements to the kitchen and supervisor.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support upselling and promote menu items when appropriate.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
• Work as part of the team to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

Requirement

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter / Service Crew is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English (basic English is required).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Willing to be placed and work in Malaysia for a 3-year contract.
• Able to work on a 12-hour shift schedule with 4 days off per month.
• A passport valid for at least one year beyond October 2026.
