FLOOR TEAM LEADER
Be Tu Na Restaurant – Denpasar, Bali
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Team Leader to join our team at Be Tu Na in Denpasar. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, managing the service team, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience, particularly for group bookings and travel agent reservations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the floor team during operations.
- Coordinate and handle group orders, group bookings, and travel agent reservations, including preparation and service requirements.
- Ensure all reservations and group arrangements are properly communicated to the relevant departments.
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Brief and allocate tasks to team members according to daily operational needs.
- Train, guide, and provide feedback to team members to maintain service standards.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and daily operational arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the dining area before, during, and after operations.
- Prepare and communicate operational reports or updates to management when required.
- Support the management team in maintaining and improving overall outlet performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Floor Leader, or similar position in F&B.
- Experience handling group orders, large groups, and/or travel agent reservations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle busy operations and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good understanding of restaurant service standards and SOPs.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be domiciled in Bali.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and according to operational schedules.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; good English communication skills are preferred.
