Job Description:
Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Monitor and maintain service standards, food quality presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
Lead, coordinate, and supervise floor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and adherence to company SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service operations.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Monitor stock availability of floor supplies and ensure proper handling of equipment.
Prepare operational reports and report issues or improvement opportunities to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
Well-organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to be placed and work in North Jakarta (Jakarta Utara).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
Able to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve operational targets.
