By day, it's a welcoming spot for surfers and locals to enjoy great coffee and fresh meals, while by night, it transforms into a lively café and cocktail bar. We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the high standards of service and hospitality that define our brand. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the café and bar, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a positive guest experience. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area, and ensuring all food and beverage items are served efficiently. The supervisor will also assist in inventory management, schedule staff shifts, and support the general manager in achieving operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar role. Proficiency in customer service, teamwork, and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word is essential. Experience in Western restaurant supervision, fast food restaurant supervision, or restaurant reception is a plus.
